Job summary

Bestway Cement Limited is seeking a procurement professional to manage PO entries in SAP, coordinate GRNs with Stores and end users, and perform invoice matching to ensure timely payments. The role requires attention to procurement data accuracy and adherence to internal procedures.

The candidate should have 2–4 years of relevant procurement experience in manufacturing and hold a BBA/MBA in Supply Chain. ERP/SAP experience is preferred for efficient operations.

Qualifications

• BBA/MBA in Supply Chain required or equivalent qualification.
• 2–4 years of procurement operations experience in manufacturing/automotive sectors.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain PO entries in ERP/SAP.
• Coordinate with Stores and end users for timely GRN processing.
• Perform invoice matching with POs and GRNs before payment submission.
• Liaise with Procurement, Finance and Stores to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain and archive procurement records per policy.
• Prepare procurement reports, purchase summaries, and MIS.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with procedures.
• Support procurement team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
