S&P Global Energy is seeking a Contract Commercial Support Specialist to optimize contract data entry, global order management, and case tracking across regions. You will work with Sales and other teams to resolve inquiries and ensure timely processing within CPQ, while upholding pricing and legal standards.

You will support audit readiness and contribute to process improvements in a fast-paced environment, aligning with SLAs and department workflows.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• Experience in contract management and order processing.
• Proficiency in accurate data entry within CPQ or similar platforms.
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.
• Ability to work across multiple departments.

Responsabilidades

• Perform contract data entry into CPQ deals.
• Manage global orders, including new orders, amendments and renewals.
• Track status of cases from deal creation to fulfillment and invoicing.
• Monitor escalations from Sales, Client Services and other teams.
• Assist Sales with client inquiries on products, billing and account status.
• Provide high level contract management support to sales.
• Attend BPM meetings and report deal statuses for key accounts.
• Ensure adherence to CPQ procedures and service SLAs.
• Meet or exceed business SLAs and process requirements.
• Collaborate across S&P Global Energy to resolve issues.
• Document activities and progress in CPQ.
• Provide information for audits.
