Sindh Bank Limited is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficient service, strong internal controls, and strict compliance with SBP regulations. The role includes cash management, customer profiling, and reporting to regulators.

The incumbent will lead staff, ensure AML/CFT/CPF adherence, manage branch expenses, and coordinate with Head Office and auditors to maintain high standards of service and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years banking/FI experience.
• Knowledge of SBP prudential regulations.
• MBA/M.Com preferred from an HEC-recognized university.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily branch operations to meet deposit targets and NTB growth.
• Monitor branch expenses and ensure adherence to budget.
• Enforce SBP regulations, AML/CFT/CPF, and internal policies to mitigate risks.
• Supervise all financial and non-financial transactions with proper authorities.
• Profile customer accounts, activate dormant accounts, and screen transactions using CBS/Firco. Report suspicious activities.
• Address customer complaints and maintain high service standards.
• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure clean SBP inspection responses.
• Prepare timely reports to Head Office, SBP, and external auditors.
• Ensure compliant operations and proactive issue rectification.
