Job summary

UBL is seeking a Branch Operations Manager in Pakistan to oversee day-to-day branch activities, cash handling, transaction processing, service quality, and risk controls, ensuring compliance with SBP regulations and internal policies.

You will lead staffing, monitor workflows, drive process improvements, ensure secure vault operations, dual-control cash handling, and maintain a clean, well-organized workspace that enhances customer experience and branch performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee smooth and efficient management of all branch operations.
• Monitor and optimize branch workflows, reducing bottlenecks and improving service efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with the Bank’s policies and SBP regulations.
• Oversee cleanliness and upkeep of the branch to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Ensure secure cash handling, vault operations, and locker management with dual-control controls and risk prevention.
• Maintain optimal service levels by promptly resolving customer queries and fostering a customer-centric culture.
• Ensure staffing, development, and career growth to build a skilled, motivated branch operation team.
