Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of Branch Operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager in running branch functions smoothly.
• Ensure compliance with Branch Operations, Foreign exchange manuals & KYC/AML policy; meet SLAs.
• Supervise OTC services to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer transactions.
• Ensure regulatory reporting is submitted on time to avoid non-compliance.
• Oversee KYC and customer risk reviews and daily transaction authorizations.
• Coordinate with Head Office and branches on Operations, Treasury, Trade Finance, IT.
• Lead the branch operations team to achieve objectives and drive service quality.
