Job summary

Soneri Bank is seeking a Counter Service Officer to join its Commercial & Retail Banking team in Pakistan. You will manage teller operations, handle cash with accuracy, and deliver timely, courteous service while ensuring compliance with SBP rules.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and familiarity with KYC/AML processes. You will support branch operations, process various clearing and payment transactions, and uphold security standards in a fast-paced banking

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle teller and counter banking operations efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with SBP regulations and Head Office policies.
• Process all types of clearing and collection transactions.
• Issue Banker's Cheques, FDDs, and FTTs after completing required formalities.
• Verify and comply with KYC/AML requirements before processing transactions.
• Deliver high-quality customer service while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
