Job summary

HBL People in Pakistan is seeking a diligent Cash Officer to manage cash receipts, payments, and branch transactions with strict adherence to delegated authority and SOPs, ensuring accuracy and high customer satisfaction.

The role covers reporting, risk control, security of the vault and ATM, adherence to SOBC charges, MIS reporting to SBP and management, and timely escalation of suspicious activity, with opportunities for fresh graduates.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any discipline.
• Fresh graduates may apply.
• Good interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Error-free execution of all customer/branch based financial transactions per delegated authority and SOPs.
• Implement all processes per SOPs to ensure adherence to policies and maintain branch performance.
• Check and monitor branch operational reports to mitigate operational risk and aid audit performance.
• Safeguard the cash vault, stationery and ATM to maintain security and reduce exposure to risk.
• Report suspicious transactions to ensure timely escalation and compliance.
• Ensure charges are recovered as per Schedule Of Bank Charges (SOBC) to avoid losses.
• Maintain cash-related MIS / Cash Transactions reporting for regulators and senior management.
