The Dorsum in Karachi is seeking a Business Development Executive to manage B2B leads, coordinate sales activities, and drive growth. You will work closely with the sales team to convert inquiries into meetings and opportunities.

You will maintain CRM records, gather client information, and ensure clear communication between clients and the field team. Fluency in Urdu and basic English are required, with comfort using Excel and WhatsApp Business.

Qualifications

• Graduates with a bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
• Fluent in Urdu with basic English skills.
• Proficient with CRM tools, MS Excel, and WhatsApp Business.
• Strong communication, coordination and follow-up abilities; female candidates are strongly encouraged.

Responsabilités

• Contact and follow up with pre-qualified B2B leads sourced from the CRM.
• Gather additional client information when needed and schedule meetings for the field sales team.
• Act as a liaison between clients and the sales team to ensure clear communication.
• Maintain up-to-date CRM records, documenting follow-ups, progress and feedback.
