Convertt is a software house and CRO agency serving international B2B clients in the US and the UK. We are hiring two Sales Executives for outbound B2B sales and cold calling who don't just make calls — they close. You will cold call business owners, pitch our services, handle objections and take deals all the way to a signed client and payment.

Employment Type: Full-Time (On-Site). Experience: 1 Year. Positions: 2.

Qualifications

• 1 year of outbound sales experience.
• Proven record of closing and meeting targets.
• Fluent, written and spoken English.
• Strong objection handling and closing skills.
• Basic computer skills: Sheets/CRM.
• Bachelor's degree (any discipline).

Responsibilities

• Make a daily volume of outbound cold calls to B2B decision-makers and business owners.
• Pitch services and run discovery to uncover needs.
• Handle objections and close deals on calls.
• Follow up and convert qualified leads into clients.
• Hit monthly sales and revenue targets and log activity in the CRM.
