Job summary

EvolveDash in Lahore is seeking a proactive lead generation specialist to support US and Canada outreach. You will research prospects, build targeted lists, and verify contact details to fuel sales pipelines.

You will collaborate with the business development team to improve targeting criteria, maintain CRM data accuracy, and ensure clean, actionable prospect information across systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1 to 4 years of experience in lead generation, prospect research, sales support, or a similar role.
• Strong internet research and data collection skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or similar prospecting tools.
• Comfortable working with Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate data.
• Good understanding of company research and decision maker identification.
• Self motivated, organized, and comfortable working with lead generation targets.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients in the US and Canada.
• Build targeted lead lists based on industry, company size, location, and decision maker roles.
• Find and verify contact information for relevant prospects.
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Google, and other research tools for prospecting.
• Identify key decision makers such as founders, executives, and technology leaders.
• Organize and maintain accurate prospect data in spreadsheets and CRM.
• Segment leads based on relevance, company profile, and outreach priority.
• Support the business development team with high quality prospect lists.
• Remove duplicate, outdated, or irrelevant lead information.
• Track lead generation volume, quality, and conversion to qualified prospects.
• Work with leadership to improve targeting criteria and prospecting strategies.
