Job summary

EvolveDash is seeking a proactive Sales/Lead Gen specialist to target US and Canada markets. You will craft outreach, build prospect lists, and reach decision makers via email and LinkedIn, qualifying leads and booking meetings for the leadership team.

The role requires 0–2 years in sales or related fields, strong English communication, and comfort with outbound strategies and CRM tools. Based in Lahore, the position is full-time and office-based.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, outbound outreach, or a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable communicating with prospects in the US and Canada.
• Confident with cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and follow ups.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools is preferred.
• Strong research and organizational skills.
• Self motivated, target driven, and comfortable working toward meeting booking goals.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients in the US and Canada.
• Build targeted prospect lists based on industries, company size, and decision makers.
• Reach out to prospects through LinkedIn, email, and other outbound channels.
• Write personalized outreach messages to generate interest.
• Qualify prospects based on their needs, company profile, and buying potential.
• Book qualified meetings for the sales and leadership team.
• Follow up consistently with prospects across multiple touchpoints.
• Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in HubSpot.
• Use tools such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting.
• Track outreach activity, replies, qualified leads, and meetings booked.
• Work closely with leadership to improve targeting, messaging, and outreach campaigns.
