Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Computer Science or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Prior internship experience in sales (IT sector) is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in sales, business development, and technology solutions.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, confident, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in identifying and researching potential clients across SMEs and large enterprises.
• Support outreach through emails, calls, and LinkedIn to connect with prospects and schedule meetings.
• Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and client communications.
• Maintain and update customer information, leads, and activities in the CRM system.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and markets to support sales strategies.
