Job summary

NorthBay Solutions LLC is looking for a skilled AWS Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer (L1/L2) to join their Managed Services team. This role involves providing 24x7 operational support to ensure the high availability and security of AWS infrastructure for multiple clients.

The ideal candidate should have 2–4 years of experience in AWS support, strong skills in monitoring tools and a solid understanding of AWS services such as EC2, S3, and VPC. Experience with Linux systems and scripting knowledge is also required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in AWS cloud infrastructure support.
• Strong understanding of AWS core services such as EC2 and S3.
• Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix systems administration.

Responsibilities

• Monitor AWS cloud infrastructure and respond to alerts.
• Perform deep-dive troubleshooting of AWS infrastructure issues.
• Manage and support AWS services like EC2, S3, and RDS.
