Job summary

NorthBay Solutions is seeking an AWS Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer to join its Managed Services team. The role involves providing 24x7 operational support for AWS infrastructure, focusing on maintaining high availability and security for multiple clients. Candidates will be responsible for incident resolution, monitoring, troubleshooting, and escalation support.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in AWS cloud infrastructure support, strong knowledge of AWS core services, and experience with monitoring tools.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in AWS cloud infrastructure support (L1/L2 roles).
• Strong understanding of AWS core services.
• Experience with monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor AWS cloud infrastructure using tools like CloudWatch.
• Respond to alerts and incidents in a 24x7 shift model.
• Perform deep-dive troubleshooting of AWS infrastructure issues.
