Job summary

Daraz in Karachi is seeking a results-driven leader to own the end-to-end backend onboarding—from negotiated deal to live, shoppable listing—and to drive SLA reductions while coordinating with category and QC teams. You will oversee assortment management for supply chain, content quality scoring, and governance to ensure conversions across Retail, Choice, and Pharma.

Additionally, you will steward supply chain marketing strategy and campaign operations, managing budgets, ROI, and full lifecycle

Qualifications

• Strong operational execution skills with SLA focus.
• Experience in marketing/commercial budgeting and ROI tracking.
• Cross-functional coordination across Pricing, Planning, KAMs, and Finance.
• Thinks in conversion funnels, not just task completion.

Responsibilities

• Backend Function Management — onboarding sellers from negotiated deal to live, shoppable listing; drive SLA improvements.
• Assortment Management for Supply Chain — content quality, store management, issue resolution, tagging and categorization governance.
• Supply Chain Marketing Strategy — budget ownership, ROI tracking, channel activations across multiple brands.
• Campaign Operations End-to-End — manage full lifecycle from curation to performance review and optimization.
