Job summary

Daraz in Karachi invites an operations-led marketer to own end-to-end backend onboarding, assortment governance, and campaign execution. You will drive SLA improvements, coordinate with category and finance teams, and optimize workflows for faster, error-free listings.

You'll manage marketing budgets, ROI analytics, and cross-functional channel activations across Choice, Mart, and Pharma, while curating content calendars and megacampaigns to boost conversions and GMV.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing SLA-driven operations and automation.
• Strong marketing and commercial acumen with ROI tracking.
• Excellent cross-functional coordination across Pricing, Planning, KAMs, and Finance.
• Focus on conversion-driven thinking.

Responsibilities

• Backend function management from deal to live, including onboarding and SKU activation.
• Oversee assortment management, content quality scoring, and product detail page readiness.
• Develop and manage supply chain marketing strategy with ROI tracking.
• Oversee end-to-end campaign operations, including flash sales and mega campaigns.
