Job summary

Daraz in Lahore, Pakistan, is seeking an experienced FMCG procurement professional to manage demand for sub-distributors, corporate accounts and HORECA clients. You will lead onboarding, negotiations, and channel development to optimize margins and supply coverage.

The role requires 3–5 years in FMCG buying/procurement, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency with ERP systems. You will collaborate across logistics, finance and warehousing to ensure on-time fulfillment and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of FMCG buying/procurement or bulk sales experience.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with focus on margins and volumes.

Responsibilities

• Develop FMCG demand for sub-distributors, corporate and HORECA clients.
• Drive business development by onboarding distributors and corporate/HORECA clients.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms and volumes with manufacturers and distributors.
• Develop new FMCG market segments and distribution channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, brand owners and channel partners.
• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing and consumer demand to inform purchasing decisions.
• Prepare sales forecasts, procurement plans and performance reports.
• Ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve supply/delivery issues.
• Collaborate with logistics, finance and warehousing to streamline operations
