Detailed Job Description:

As an Associate System Engineer at Folio3 Pakistan, you will take full ownership of desktop support, hardware/software troubleshooting, IT asset inventory management, and routine infrastructure maintenance. Your day-to-day responsibilities encompass providing responsive end-user support for laptops, peripherals, and Windows systems, troubleshooting complex LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN issues, and supporting meeting rooms, video conferencing, AV equipment, and streaming setups. You will manage IT asset onboarding and offboarding, maintain comprehensive IT documentation, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides, and perform routine health checks on datacenter and conference room equipment. Working in a fast-paced technology environment, you will drive operational excellence, user satisfaction, and infrastructure reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt, customer-focused technical support for hardware, software, Windows systems, macOS, laptops, and peripheral devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN network connectivity issues.
• Support meeting rooms, video conferencing systems, AV equipment, and live streaming setups across corporate facilities.
• Manage IT asset inventory, tracking hardware lifecycles, employee onboarding/offboarding, and equipment allocation.
