Job summary

Folio3 Pakistan is seeking an experienced Associate System Engineer to join our IT department in Pakistan. You will provide end-user technical support, manage hardware/software assets, and assist with infrastructure operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/IT or related technical discipline.
• 1–2 years of professional IT support or desktop support experience.
• Solid knowledge of Windows and macOS; basic networking; Linux literacy.
• Experience with enterprise ticketing systems and IT asset management.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user hardware and software support for Windows and macOS.
• Troubleshoot LAN, Wi‑Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN issues.
• Support meeting rooms, AV and video conferencing systems.
• Manage IT asset inventory and onboarding/offboarding.
