About the Candidate

A seasoned System Engineer with experience working with consulting teams in an MSP setting. You possess strengths in project communication, preparation, monitoring, and management of budgets, scope, schedules, risks, resource planning, and other KPIs. You have a proven track record of taking full responsibility for client relationships, evaluating customer needs, and delivering appropriate solutions.

Responsibilities

This role is located at our corporate offices in Lahore, Pakistan. You will pull detailed data, analyze it, and provide recommendations. Your project scope will fluctuate based on business needs and you will be responsible for deploying, modifying, monitoring, and maintaining systems infrastructure on‑premises or in the cloud, as well as integrating and maintaining cloud‑based applications and systems.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience and knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS services
• Extensive experience and knowledge of installing, configuring, and maintaining VMWare infrastructure
• Extensive experience and knowledge of configuration and maintenance of enterprise storage such as NetApp or similar
• Extensive experience and knowledge of installing, configuring, and maintaining Veeam backup software
• Full understanding of Microsoft 365 and G Suite administration and experience supporting complex environments
• In‑depth knowledge of Office 365 applications and features including Azure Directory
• Experience with SSO/MFA integration between Office 365, G Suite, Box, and other major cloud service providers
• Experience with MDM solution such as Workspace One is a plus
• Windows Power‑shell experience related to Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and Exchange Server
• Understanding of systems engineering and platform architecture
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills, with accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience implementing and supporting Office 365 in medium‑sized environments
• Strong knowledge of email security and general security practices
• Exposure to supporting systems on AWS and AWS backup is a plus
• Exposure to patch management, image building (preferably using MDT)
• Must have at least 5+ years of Systems Administration experience
• Must have 2+ years of Microsoft 365 experience including migrations
• Professional and capable of taking full ownership of individual tasks to deliver in a timely manner
