Urbanlogic Ltd. is seeking a Part-Time Computer Support Specialist in Faisalabad, Pakistan. You will respond to client inquiries, diagnose issues, and install/configure computer systems, networks, printers, and more, providing remote or on-site support as needed.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly, handles bugs efficiently, and can work independently with minimal supervision. A biometric passport is required for identification purposes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in computer support or a related field preferred but not required.
• Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Familiarity with Windows and MacOS and software like Microsoft Office/Adobe Suite.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to explain technical concepts simply.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must have a biometric passport for identification purposes.
