Responsibilities

• Associate Manage IT helpdesk operations and ensure timely resolution of user incidents and service requests in line with defined standards and SLAs.
• Oversee system administration, including user access, system configurations, applications, backups, and overall system availability.
• Provide effective support for laptops, printers, networks, telephones, and other IT hardware, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Oversee installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and IT applications.
• Act as a Security Champion by supporting IT security controls, access management, security awareness, and compliance with information security policies and procedures.
• Ensure regular preventive maintenance, system monitoring, and functionality checks of IT infrastructure and equipment, including AMC-covered devices.
• Maintain accurate IT asset records and coordinate with Head Office IT, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely service delivery and effective issue resolution.
• Monitor outstanding IT incidents and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely closure, continuous improvement, and reliable IT service delivery.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Associate Manager – Information Technology is responsible for managing effective IT helpdesk services and ensuring the timely resolution of incidents in line with defined standards and guidelines.
