Job summary

RECH INTERNATIONAL is hiring an IT Administrator to manage day-to-day IT operations at the Karachi office and regional locations. You will provide hardware and network support, remote assistance, and oversee IT procurement across sites.

The role requires 2–4 years in IT support/administration, familiarity with Active Directory, and basic CCTV maintenance. Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or a related diploma is expected, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or a related field (or DAE/Diploma with relevant experience).
• 2–4 years of IT support/administration experience; vendor coordination a plus.
• Basic LAN/Wi‑Fi, hardware troubleshooting and AD knowledge; CCTV maintenance beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1–2 end-user and remote support for desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners.
• Troubleshoot Wi‑Fi/LAN issues and monitor CCTV systems across locations.
• Manage IT procurement: quotes, approvals, and audit documentation.
• Coordinate with outsourced IT partner for AD access control and user provisioning.
• Maintain inventories for IT assets, licenses, and logs.

WE ARE HIRING

IT - Administrator

We are seeking a proactive and responsible IT Administrator to manage day-to-day IT operations, provide hardware/network support, and oversee IT procurement across our Karachi office and regional locations.

Key Responsibilities

• End-User & Remote Support: Provide Tier 1 & 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners. Deliver remote support to regional offices via AnyDesk/video call.
  
• Network & Systems: Troubleshoot Wi-Fi and LAN connectivity issues. Monitor and maintain CCTV surveillance systems across all locations.
  
• Vendor & Procurement Management: Handle IT purchases, obtain vendor quotes, coordinate approvals, and ensure proper audit clearance and documentation.
  
• External Team Liaison: Coordinate with our outsourced IT partner for Active Directory access control, user provisioning, and complex server/network escalations.
  
• Asset Management: Maintain updated inventories for IT assets, hardware warranties, software licenses, and operational logs.
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or a related field (or DAE/Diploma in CS/Electronics with relevant experience).
  
• Experience: 2–4 years of experience in IT support/administration. Prior experience with vendor coordination and IT procurement is a strong plus.
  
• Technical Skills: Strong hardware troubleshooting, basic LAN/Wi-Fi networking, remote support tools, CCTV maintenance, and basic Active Directory knowledge.
  
• Soft Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and multi-tasking abilities.
  
• Certifications (Preferred): CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or equivalent.
