The role involves partnering with business leaders, driving HR initiatives, and contributing to organizational development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0–1 year of HR experience or internship preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work on-site with a Hybrid Shift.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the HRBP team to build relationships with business leaders and departments.
• Assist in implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Support management of employee relations and guidance for employees and managers.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify trends.
• Help facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Assist in performance appraisal processes with tools and resources.
• Support training and development initiatives for career growth.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Represent HR positively through credible communication and relationships.
• Support initiatives fostering a positive organizational culture and engagement.
• Assist in change management and address employee concerns during transitions.
• Contribute to HR policy implementation and labor-law compliance.
