You will leverage advanced analytics to inform decisions, cultivate accountability, and enhance collaboration across departments while guiding HR processes and employee engagement efforts across CureMD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 3-5 years of HR experience with a focus on business partnership or HRBP roles.
• Proven expertise in advanced data management, analytics, and strategic reporting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HR processes, policies, and industry best practices.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with a proven ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executive leadership to assess business needs and craft tailored HR solutions.
• Utilize data analytics to produce reports on HR metrics, workforce planning, and engagement.
• Oversee HR processes and programs to ensure efficient delivery of services.
• Advise on employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
• Mentor HR team members and build relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
