• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Address employee demands, grievances, or other issues and elevate when necessary.
• Assist in talent management and development programs.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Support the administration of benefits programs and promote employee engagement activities.
