Job summary

Nextbridge Global is looking for an Associate HR Executive in Lahore to support end-to-end onboarding, maintain employee records, and prepare HR documents. The role collaborates with payroll for attendance and leaves and assists in policy implementation.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, strong communication, and be eager to learn in a team-oriented environment. This is a full-time on-site position in Lahore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (completed or in final semester).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of HR operations and processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems (HRIS/Odoo, etc.).
• Prepare and manage HR documentation, including offer letters, contracts, NDAs, and confirmation letters.
• Coordinate with payroll and finance teams for attendance, leaves, and salary processing.
• Assist in leave management, attendance tracking, and policy implementation.
• Support performance appraisal cycles and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Assist in employee engagement activities and HR events.
• Handle routine employee queries professionally and confidentially.
• Support audits and HR reporting as required.
