Contegris Technology Solutions is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to help gather requirements, analyze workflows, document user stories, and coordinate with development and QA teams. The role focuses on SaaS product development and requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

You will work with cross-functional teams, participate in sprint planning, and ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Gather Requirements: Assist in understanding, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Prepare Documentation: Create user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and workflow diagrams.
• Analyze Product Workflows: Understand existing product features and identify gaps or improvement opportunities.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood, documented, and implemented. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an interest in SaaS product development.

What This Role Does

Who This Is For

• Atleast 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software house or SaaS company.
• Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with user stories, use cases, BRDs, and functional documentation.
• Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and software development concepts.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
