Job summary

Contegris (Pvt) Ltd in Lahore is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to support product development by gathering requirements, documenting workflows, and coordinating with development and QA teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 1 year or more experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software house or SaaS company.
• Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with user stories, use cases, BRDs, and functional documentation.
• Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and software development concepts.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities
