Job summary

Hul Hub Co in Karachi is seeking a motivated Business Analyst to analyze problems, gather requirements, and document user stories and use cases. You will support Agile activities, coordinate between business and tech teams, and help validate solutions through UAT and testing concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Business Administration, MIS, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, Process Analysis, software projects, internships, or academic projects.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, documentation, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business problems, root causes, assumptions, risks, and dependencies.
• Gather, validate, and document business and functional requirements.
• Prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, process flows, functional specifications, and wireframes.
• Analyze existing (As-Is) processes and recommend improved (To-Be) workflows.
• Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions and coordinate between business and technical teams.
• Support Agile activities, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and requirement tracking.
• Evaluate system integrations and process impacts at a basic level.
• Support UAT and verify that delivered solutions meet business requirements

• Ability to identify gaps, challenge assumptions, and validate proposed solutions.
• Familiarity with Jira and basic Figma knowledge is preferred.
