Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the mortgage industry, including lead generation and market research
• Develop and implement a business development strategy and sales plan to achieve company objectives
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as real estate agents, builders, financial institutions, and other referral sources
• Collaborate with credit underwriting and processing teams to ensure a smooth loan origination process
• Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions to provide informed recommendations to the company
