Job summary

Zong Business Solutions is seeking a data-focused professional to work with Marketing, Commercial, and Technical teams to extract insights and propose data-driven strategies. You will conduct multi-step analyses, create forecasts, and present findings to stakeholders using clear visualizations.

The role involves developing models, maintaining analytics pipelines, and building interactive dashboards in Power BI and Tableau to improve network performance and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, statistics, engineering, or computer science.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with dashboards and data visualization.
• Familiarity with telecom KPIs and related tools.

Job Purpose

• Work closely with Marketing/Commercial/Technical teams to identify issues/strategies and use data to propose solutions for effective decision-making.
  

Job Responsibilities

• Work with Marketing/Commercial/Technical teams to solve routine analysis problems, applying advanced analytical methods as needed
• Conduct analysis that includes complex data gathering and requirements specification, processing, analysis, and ongoing deliverables.
• Interact cross-functionally, making business recommendations (e.g., revenue, forecasting, experience analysis) with findings at multiple levels of stakeholders through visual displays of quantitative information.
• Research and develop technical analysis, forecasting, and optimization methods to improve the quality of Zong Network & customer experience.
• Ability to maintain data science models as per business requirements.
• Design and service Power BI/tableau dashboards and other tools for visualizing data.
  

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills): Education:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business analytics, statistics, engineering, or computer science
  

Work Experience

• Preferably, a minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience.
