Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related discipline.

Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Campaign Management, Marketing Analytics, Customer Analytics, CRM, CDP, or related analytics roles.
• Experience in banking, financial services, telecommunications, or customer-centric industries preferred.
• Proven experience in end-to-end campaign execution and performance measurement.

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in SQL with advanced query writing, optimization, and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and customer segmentation tools.
• Experience working with Hadoop, Hive, Zeppelin, Data Lake environments, and large datasets.
• Strong analytical and statistical problem-solving skills.
• Experience in campaign performance tracking, attribution, and ROI measurement.
• Knowledge of A/B testing, experimental design, and customer journey analytics.
• Experience with Business Intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
