Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, data analytics, statistics, mathematics, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Campaign Management, Marketing Analytics, Customer Analytics, CRM, CDP, or related analytics roles.
• Experience in banking, financial services, telecommunications, or customer-centric industries preferred.
• Proven experience in end-to-end campaign execution and performance measurement.

Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Campaign Management, Marketing Analytics, Customer Analytics, CRM, CDP, or related analytics roles
• Experience in banking, financial services, telecommunications, or customer-centric industries preferred
• Proven experience in end-to-end campaign execution and performance measurement

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in SQL with advanced query writing, optimization, and troubleshooting capabilities
• Hands-on experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and customer segmentation tools
• Experience working with Hadoop, Hive, Zeppelin, Data Lake environments, and large datasets
• Strong analytical and statistical problem-solving skills
• Experience in campaign performance tracking, attribution, and ROI measurement
• Knowledge of A/B testing, experimental design, and customer journey analytics
• Experience with Business Intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
