People Perfect is seeking an HR Manager to oversee daily HR operations in a textile/apparel setting in Lahore. You will manage recruitment, employee relations, policies, and records while coordinating with management on strategic HR matters.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection, from sourcing and screening to interviews and onboarding


• Manage employee relations and address employee concerns professionally


• Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures across the organisation


• Oversee attendance and leave management and maintain accurate records


• Handle employee records, documentation, and general HR administration


• Coordinate with management and different departments on HR matters

Experience & Requirement

• 3-4 years of relevant HR experience in the textile, apparel, fashion, or allied industry


• Minimum Bachelor's degree; Master's degree in HR or a related field preferred


• Sound knowledge of HR operations, recruitment and selection, and HR policies


• Good communication, coordination, and organisational skills


• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
