Job summary

Mobilink Microfinance Bank is seeking a qualified Relationship Manager Asset to join its Business Banking team. The role focuses on growing the bank's asset portfolio, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring compliant loan verification and recovery in line with SBP regulations.

The successful candidate will lead, coach and motivate Relationship Officers – Asset Sales, drive sales targets, and coordinate with Operations to ensure timely disbursement and robust credit

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the microfinance industry.
• Strong sales, customer relationship management, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement sales and service plans to achieve growth targets while maintaining ethical lending practices.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Lead, supervise, coach, and motivate Relationship Officers – Asset Sales to achieve targets.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure timely loan disbursement and regulatory compliance.
