Job summary

NRSP Microfinance Bank is seeking a Regional Business Development leader to drive growth across multiple area branches. You will partner with Regional and Branch Managers to craft plans that enhance asset and liability product performance and cross‑sell initiatives.

The role requires 7+ years in banking with strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent stakeholder management across diverse districts in Pakistan.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s preferred
• At least 7 years of banking experience
• Experience in business development and branch sales
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to plan and implement strategies across multiple branches

Responsibilities

• Support the Regional Manager in planning, formulation, and implementation of business development strategies for the area branches.
• Develop a strong business focus on all customer segments and sales of NRSP Bank's products and services in the area branches.
• Assist Branch Managers in developing annual projections and budgeting for all branch business segments.
• Create business initiatives and strategies and present them to the Regional Manager and Branch Managers to improve business performance.
• Ensure achievement of business targets for asset and liability products and services assigned to the branches.
• Ensure branch teams are cross‑selling products to maximize revenue.
• Identify new business opportunities for asset and liability products and other financial services and guide BMs/BCMs in business acquisition.
