The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of textile/apparel HR experience, a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), and strong communication and coordination skills to work independently.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of HR experience in the textile, apparel, fashion, or allied industry.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in HR or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR processes

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection, from sourcing and screening to interviews and onboarding.
• Manage employee relations and address employee concerns professionally.
• Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures across the organisation.
• Oversee attendance and leave management and maintain accurate records.
• Handle employee records, documentation, and general HR administration.
• Coordinate with management and different departments on HR matters
