Qualifications

• 3-4 years of HR experience in textile, apparel, fashion, or allied industry.
• Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred.
• Sound knowledge of HR operations, recruitment and selection, and HR policies.
• Good communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection, from sourcing and screening to interviews and onboarding.
• Manage employee relations and address employee concerns professionally.
• Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures across the organisation.
• Oversee attendance and leave management and maintain accurate records.
• Handle employee records, documentation, and general HR administration.
• Coordinate with management and different departments on HR matters.
