We’re looking for a data-driven, experiment-led App Growth Executive to own the end-to-end growth strategy of our mobile app. You’ll blend performance marketing, user psychology, and product thinking to drive acquisition, boost retention, and turn our app into a daily habit. If you live in analytics, run growth experiments fearlessly, and know how to collaborate with teams and external brands this is your role.
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Execute Full-Funnel Acquisition & Retention Strategies
- Plan and manage multi-channel user acquisition campaigns across paid (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, programmatic) and organic (ASO, SEO, content, community, referral loops)
- Build and optimize lifecycle marketing flows (push notifications, in-app messages, email, SMS) to drive activation, reduce early-stage churn, and improve D7/D30 retention cohorts
- Develop win-back campaigns, loyalty mechanics, and habit-forming engagement loops to increase session frequency and long-term app stickiness
Run Data-Backed Growth Experiments & Funnel Optimization
- Map end-to-end user journeys, identify drop-off zones, and quantify friction points using quantitative and behavioral data
- Formulate clear hypotheses and run rapid A/B, multivariate, and split tests across onboarding, paywalls, feature discovery, and conversion checkpoints
- Translate experiment results into iterative product/marketing optimizations, continuously improving activation rates, feature adoption, and conversion efficiency
Own App Analytics, Tracking & Insight Generation
- Manage the complete mobile analytics stack (GA4, Firebase, Mixpanel/Amplitude, MMPs like Adjust/AppsFlyer) and ensure accurate event tracking, UTM governance, and privacy-compliant attribution
- Build and maintain self-serve dashboards for real-time monitoring of core KPIs: CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention cohorts, funnel conversion, and virality (K-factor)
- Conduct deep-dive cohort, behavioral, and attribution analyses to surface hidden growth opportunities and deliver weekly/monthly performance reviews with actionable recommendations
Bridge Growth & Engineering: Scope, Ship & Measure New Features
- Identify UX bottlenecks, missing functionality, or engagement gaps through data and user feedback
- Draft clear growth feature briefs, define success metrics, and collaborate with UI/UX Designers, and Engineers to prioritize, scope, and ship growth-driving features (e.g., referral systems, personalized onboarding, in-app rewards, smart notifications)
- Own post-launch measurement, validate impact against targets, and iterate rapidly based on real-user behavior
Lead Brand Collaborations & App-Centric Partnership Campaigns
- Conceptualize and execute strategic brand partnerships, co-marketing campaigns, and creator/influencer activations designed to drive high-intent traffic directly into the app
- Develop integrated in-app experiences (branded challenges, exclusive offers, co-branded content, cross-promotions) that increase session depth, social sharing, and organic engagement
- Track partnership ROI, optimize acquisition costs per channel, and scale successful collaborations into repeatable growth engines
End-to-End Ownership of the Growth Engine
- Take full accountability for assigned growth initiatives—from campaign ideation to execution, measurement, optimization, and scaling
- Document experiment outcomes, build reusable growth playbooks, and establish standardized SOPs for campaign launches, feature rollouts, and cross-functional reporting
- Foster a test-and-learn culture across Marketing and Engineering, ensuring insights are captured, shared, and institutionalized for compounding growth impact
Requirements:
- 16 years of education
