Oladoc in Lahore is seeking a growth-focused marketer to own and optimize the end-to-end customer journey. You will lead paid campaigns, funnel improvements, and AI-powered automation to drive faster conversions and higher retention.
With 3–4 years in growth or digital acquisition, you will report to the CEO and work hands-on to scale initiatives, measure outcomes, and implement data-driven experiments while owning CAC, CPA, and ROAS metrics.
Location: 100% onsite, Lahore (NASTP). No remote, no hybrid.
Experience: 3 to 4 years
Type: Full-time
Reports to: CEO
Ads are part of this job. Growing the company is the job.
You report to the CEO and work with him on the question the business cares about most: how do we reach more of the right customers, get them converting faster, and keep them around longer?
If you want a narrow lane with clear edges and no surprises, this isn’t it.
Own the company growth plan with the CEO. Map the full customer journey, find the biggest levers and run a proper experimentation engine with a prioritized backlog and documented learnings.
Own Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube, Demand Gen, App) and Meta Ads end to end. Scale what works, cut what doesn’t, improve CAC, CPA and ROAS. Manage budgets, pacing and allocation.
Find where users drop off and fix it: landing pages, sign-up flows, lead forms, follow-up journeys. Build lifecycle programs across email, WhatsApp, SMS and retargeting. Decide on evidence, not opinions.
Build AI-powered workflows for reporting, creative production, research and personalization using Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Make and Zapier. Set up dashboards and alerts so the team reacts in hours, not weeks.
Own GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, Conversion API and attribution. Analyze cohorts, channel performance and unit economics. Build the growth dashboard the CEO runs the business on.
Turn performance data into sharp creative briefs. Run structured creative testing and catch fatigue early.
You will do well here if you think like an owner rather than a channel manager. People who move fast, test quickly, take direct feedback and would rather carry a big result than sit safely behind a small one.
