Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based at our Lahore office.

We are not looking for a graphic designer who just pushes buttons. We are looking for a Creative Strategist who understands consumer psychology, platform algorithms, and organic growth. You will own the content strategy, creative direction, and performance of our brand channels and client portfolios. You will step into the shoes of the customer, build visual mood boards, map out problem-solving campaigns, and direct our design team to bring your vision to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Direction & Strategy: Map out thematic, problem-solving content campaigns. Create detailed visual references, mood boards, and aesthetic briefs for our in-house design team to execute.
• Customer-Centric Planning: Deeply analyze the target audience to plan content that educates, solves problems, and is genuinely "scroll-stopping."
• Hook & Format Optimization: Master the art of the visual hook. Design high-performing carousels, text-heavy LinkedIn posts, and basic-edited short-form videos with strong opening frameworks.
• Portfolio Management: Organize and manage multi-platform content calendars across various client portfolios, ensuring consistent and relevant brand narratives.
• Organic Growth & Engagement: Own the community management and organic KPI health. Monitor and drive growth in followers, shares, saves, and meaningful comments.
• Performance Advertising Awareness: Possess a foundational understanding of paid social ads and how engagement funnels into lead generation (without being a full-time media buyer).

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 2–4 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or Content Strategist, ideally within a digital agency handling multiple client accounts.
• High Creative IQ: A strong sense of visual aesthetics, layout flow, and the ability to articulate design needs clearly to graphic artists using mood boards and references.
• Video Skills: Basic video editing skills (CapCut/Premiere) to slice raw footage, add captions, and capitalize on trending audio/formats.
• Copywriting Excellence: Exceptional written English skills capable of breaking down complex modern tech and SEO concepts into engaging social media copy.
