Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage overall after-sales operations, including customer support, service requests, troubleshooting, and complaint resolution.
• Lead and supervise after-sales service teams to ensure timely response and resolution of customer issues.
• Develop and implement service processes to improve customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
• Handle technical escalations related to solar energy systems, lithium batteries, ESS solutions, and related products.
• Coordinate with engineering, sales, installation, and technical teams for effective issue resolution.
• Manage warranty claims, product replacements, repairs, and service documentation.
• Monitor customer feedback and develop improvement plans to enhance service quality.
• Maintain service records, reports, and performance dashboards for after-sales activities.
• Conduct root cause analysis of recurring technical issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure proper installation support, commissioning assistance, and post-installation customer engagement.
• Build strong relationships with customers, dealers, distributors, and partners.
• Develop preventive maintenance strategies to improve product reliability and customer experience.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong understanding of solar systems, lithium-ion batteries, BMS, inverters, and energy storage solutions.
• Experience managing technical teams and handling customer escalations.
• Knowledge of warranty processes, service operations, and technical documentation.
