People Perfect in Islamabad is seeking an experienced After Sales Manager to oversee after-sales operations for a leading renewable energy firm specializing in solar storage and lithium battery systems. You will manage service requests, coordinate warranty claims, and lead service teams to deliver timely solutions to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 4–6 years in after-sales service or customer service management in solar/energy/electronics.
• Strong understanding of solar systems, lithium-ion batteries, BMS, inverters, and energy storage.
• Experience leading technical teams and handling escalations.
• Knowledge of warranty processes and service operations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage after-sales operations including customer support, service requests, troubleshooting, and complaint resolution.
• Lead and supervise after-sales service teams to ensure timely response and resolution of customer issues.
• Develop and implement service processes to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency.
• Handle technical escalations related to solar energy systems, lithium batteries, ESS solutions, and related products.
• Coordinate with engineering, sales, installation, and technical teams for effective resolution.
• Manage warranty claims, product replacements, repairs, and service documentation.
• Monitor customer feedback and develop improvement plans to enhance service quality.
• Maintain service records, reports, and performance dashboards for after-sales activities.
• Conduct root cause analysis of recurring issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure proper installation support, commissioning assistance, and post-installation engagement.
• Build strong relationships with customers, dealers, distributors, and partners.
• Develop preventive maintenance strategies to improve product reliability.
