Tech Bridge Consultancy in Lahore is seeking an Accounts Executive to support our Finance & Accounting team and assist international clients with accounting tasks. 1–2 years of international accounting experience and hands-on QBO proficiency are preferred, along with strong English communication skills.

The role is full-time, on-site in Lahore, with duties spanning daily bookkeeping, invoicing, reconciliations, and client liaison.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on international accounting experience required.
• Account Administration experience required.
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities using QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• Manage routine account administration and maintain accurate account records.
• Record and categorize financial transactions accurately.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
• Prepare invoices, bills, payment entries, and expense records.
• Maintain accurate general ledger and financial records.
• Assist with monthly account reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Communicate directly with international B2B clients regarding accounting matters.
• Handle client queries and provide clear, professional support.
• Coordinate with clients to obtain required financial documents and information.
• Review financial data for accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Assist with bookkeeping activities when required.
