Job summary

Power Accounting in Karachi seeks an Account Executive to support client relationships and coordinate service delivery for U.S.-based clients. You will work with our Karachi team to manage day-to-day communications, track deliverables, and prepare client updates, meeting notes, and proposals.

The role requires strong English communication, ability to explain bookkeeping and tax services, and a proactive approach to identify cross-selling opportunities while maintaining meticulous records.

Power Accounting is a growing U.S.-based CPA firm serving small and mid-sized businesses with bookkeeping, accounting, tax preparation, and tax planning services. We are seeking an Account Executive to support client relationships, coordinate service delivery, and contribute to business growth from our Karachi team.

• Manage day-to-day communication with assigned clients and understand their accounting and tax service requirements.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, accounting, and tax teams to track deliverables, deadlines, and client requests.
• Prepare client updates, meeting notes, proposals, service summaries, and follow-up actions.
• Identify opportunities to expand services for existing clients and support new-business discussions.
• Maintain accurate records in customer relationship management and internal systems.
• Resolve routine concerns professionally and escalati n technical or compliance matters to the appropriate team.
• Monitor account status, pending information, renewals, and overall client satisfaction.

Job Specification

• Strong client relationship management and professional communication skills.

• Experience managing multiple accounts, deadlines, follow-ups, and service requests.
