Job summary

SAC in Karachi is seeking an Accounts Officer with strong accounting knowledge and hands-on QuickBooks Online and Advanced Excel skills.

You will prepare financial statements, manage invoices and payments, perform reconciliations, maintain daily records, and ensure SOP compliance while delivering accurate reports.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of relevant experience and a BS in Accounting & Finance or CA/ACCA finalist status; English language required.

Qualifications

• BS in Accounting & Finance or equivalent academic background.
• Proven experience with client accounts and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and SOPs.

Responsibilities

Job Title: Accounts Officer

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Accounts Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical Accounting knowledge, hands-on experience in QuickBooks Online and Advanced Excel, and the ability to manage client accounts efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and prepare financial statements and Accounting reports for clients.
• Manage and update invoices and incoming and outgoing payments.
• Perform book Reconciliations promptly and accurately.
• Maintain daily financial records and prepare all related reports and correspondence.
• Manage books of Accounts for various business types.
• Analyze financial data and summarize financial status for reporting.
• Ensure all accounts are maintained in line with the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Requirements:

• Age: 24 to 35 years
• Experience: 2 to 3 years in a relevant Accounting role
• Qualification: BS in Accounting & Finance, MBA/ICMA/ACCA finalist, or CA Part qualified
• Skills:Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Advanced ExcelStrong analytical and reporting skillsExcellent communication and time management skillsThorough knowledge of advanced accounting procedures and principles
• Language: English (Required)
