Job summary

Zyncod Ltd in Pakistan is seeking an Account Manager to own client relationships from contract through delivery and beyond. You will be the single point of contact during the 14-day build, running check-ins, collecting feedback and revisions, and ensuring each project lands on time and matches what was promised.

You will coordinate between the client and our design/build team, translate client feedback into clear notes, and manage post-launch support.

Qualifications

• Strong written and spoken English is essential.
• Ability to lead client calls and manage multiple timelines.
• Experience in customer service or project coordination is preferred.
• Comfortable giving structured feedback to design/development teams.
• Experience working with clients in overlapping US/UAE/Pakistan hours is beneficial.

About the role

You'll be the single point of contact for our clients during their 14-day build, running check-ins, collecting feedback and revisions, and making sure every project lands on time and matches what was promised.

You'll coordinate between the client and our design/build team, translate client feedback into clear, actionable notes, and manage the post-launch support window. Clients should feel like someone is genuinely looking out for their project, not just processing a ticket.

What we're looking for

• Strong written and spoken English; comfortable leading client calls
• Organized — you will juggle multiple concurrent client timelines
• Comfortable giving structured feedback to a design/dev team
• Customer service or project coordination experience preferred
• Based in a timezone with reasonable overlap with US/UAE/Pakistan business hours
• Bonus: prior agency or freelance client-facing experience
