Qualifications

• Proven client servicing or account management experience, preferably within a digital marketing, advertising, branding, or creative agency.
• Strong understanding of social media, content development, digital campaigns, branding, and influencer marketing workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with confident presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to write clear briefs, scopes, timelines, meeting summaries, and client updates.
• Strong project coordination, follow-up, prioritization, and deadline-management abilities.
• Ability to manage feedback, revisions, approvals, and competing requirements professionally.
• Comfort working with cross-functional teams including creative, content, strategy, media, and production.
• Working knowledge of productivity, project-management, and presentation tools.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, ownership, and commercial awareness.
