Job summary

Beijing Foreign Enterprise Management Consultants Co.,Ltd. seeks a Services Solutions Sales Specialist to drive business development, sales, and revenue growth across telecom and ICT services in the 5G environment.

You will build strong customer relationships and design customized service solutions to address critical business needs. Coordinate with R&D, Finance, Service, and Project teams to ensure successful delivery, manage risks, and support marketing and engagement activities.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in telecom/ICT services sales or business development.
• Experience in CS/MS, PMO, Rollout, or Optimization.
• Exposure to at least 3 areas: Wireless, Core, TXN, MW, Optical, CW, NOC, Analytics, RF Planning & Optimization, Data Center, or Power.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, business development, orders, and profitability for telecom services.
• Develop customer relationships and identify business pain points and opportunities.
• Design and propose customized, competitive service solutions.
• Coordinate with R&D, Finance, Service, and Project teams for successful delivery.
• Manage project risks, progress, and solution deliverability.
• Support local marketing and customer engagement activities.
• Engage senior customers through strong presentation and negotiation skills.
